PURPOSE:To detect a change of a gaseous amount simply with high accuracy, by providing a pressure detecting element which detects the pressure of static pressure pocket provided to the lower part side wall of a tank and a temp. detecting element which detects the temp. of an insulated gas around a cooler. CONSTITUTION:A static pressure pocket 8 having a hollow 7 is screwed in the side wall of a lower part tank 2 or is fixed together by welding. A pressure detecting element is fitted to the pocket 8 and its output is conducted to an operator 11 through an amplifier 14. Thereby the static pressure in the tank is obtained by providing the pocket 8 at the side wall part of the tank 2 where a flow is relatively slow and the temp is obtained by measuring before and behind the cooler. By this way, the variation of a gaseous amount is detected simply with high accuracy. |
