MANUFACTURE OF WATERPROOF PAN FOR BATHROOM

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing at once a reinforced waterproof bathroom pan having a high thermal insulation effect and rather being inexpensive. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof pan 2 is molded on a male mold 1 with FRP. A cavity is formed between a bottom face of the waterproof pan 2 and a female mold 3 by covering the bottom face of the waterproof pan 2 with the female mold 3 under a state wherein the waterproof pan 2 is supported on a male mold 1. Expandable resin 4 is casted into the cavity, foamed to be cured, and resin foam is integrally molded on the bottom face of the waterproof pan 2.
