PURPOSE:To correctly decide the direction of a part, by forming two-staged protruding parts, corresponding to a step difference, for the part with the step difference and adapting a detector, provided with an electrode, to a lower portion of the part. CONSTITUTION:A part 1 fed on a cnveyer is formed with a larger contour part 1b and smaller contour part 1a. A detector device is formed such that the conveyer 8 is made by a conductive material and a normal attitude is obtained when a contactor 9 is adapted to the large contour part 1b. The contactor 9 is supported in an insulator material, and a normal position of the part is recognized only when the contactor 9 is adapted to the large contour part, if in the other case, the part is rotated 180 deg. to correct an attitude of the part, in this way, detecting operation of the part can be correctly performed. |
