PURPOSE:To convey a paper apt to be habitually bent without bending in a paper-piece reversing mechanism by arranging a cam to face to a roller with a gap between in a conveying route and a guide body in contact with the cam to cross the extension of the conveying route. CONSTITUTION:In a conveyance direction reversing mechanism, a cam 15 is provided on the same axis of a roller 14 to keep a gap a little shorter than the thickness of a paper piece to a roller 13 and be free from the rotation of a roller shaft 17 by means of a bearing 16. Besides, the cam 5 is in contact with an elastic guide body 19 provided to cross an extension line 18 of a conveying route. Consequently, when the paper piece passes between the roller 13 and the roller 14, that is, a cam 15, the cam 15 is turned by the frictional force between the paper piece and the cam 15 until it is balanced with the frictional force, and pushes up the guide body 19 above the extension line 18 of the conveying route. Then, the top of a paper piece 30b can be inserted without any interference with the guide body 19. |
