PURPOSE:To recognize the speed of blur, by measuring a time when the sum of the absolute values of output difference between two times of a photodetector is greater than the sum of the absolute values of difference between the 1st time output of each element and the 2nd time output of the photodetector at a specified shift position, after normalizing and comparing them. CONSTITUTION:A part of an objective image undergoes split photometry by a photodetector group 1 providing photodetectors 2-6 arranged in a row at a specified interval. Outputs A'-E' of the detectors at measurement start time t0 are stored in a storage circuit 7, and the difference between the outpus A-E after t1 seconds and the A'-E' is calculated at addition circuits 14-16. After absolute value is taken at absolute value circuits 11-13, the values are added at addition circuits 14-16, averaged at average circuits 17-19 and normalized. Further, a time t2 until either one of outputs II, III is smaller than an average outputI, is equal to a time when the image requires to move a half the interval, then the moving speed of image can be recognized and the direction of movement can be known according to the outputs II, III. |
