PURPOSE:To perform equal flow rate control easily, inexpensively and approximately by controlling the flow rate of only the piping of a part fluid piping systems and controlling valve openings with respect to the other pipings. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate controller 2-5 makes closed loop opening and closing operations of a motor valve 3-5 in such a way that the flow rate measured with the flowmeter 4-5 of the outflow branch 6-5 in the middle of outflow branch pipes 6-1-6-9 coincides with the flow rate target value FDV of a computer controlling device. Next, the device 1 measures a motor valve opening signal W5 from an opening meter 5-5, and opens and closes motor valves 3-1-3-9 (except 3-5) by means of operation signals CI-1-CI-9 so that the opening signals W1- W9 (except W5) of the opening meters 5-1-5-9 (except 5-5) of the motor valves provided to the outflow branches of the remaining 8 systems except the branch 6-5 assume the same value as the opening signal W5 of the opening meter 5-5. |
