<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the utilization efficiency of light and make the manufacture of a titled device easy and inexpensive by mounting a reflecting mirror and a lens or the like that make radiation light to parallel light into the exit port of a hollow body which has a through-hole for radiation of infrared rays and is internally heated. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole (infrared ray exit hole) 7 of a 1.5mm. diameter is provided to a light source housing 6, and its inside surface 8 is finished to a good reflection surface. The nichrome filament 9 supported to a hermetic terminal 12 is lighted at 600-700 deg.C. Such a parabolic mirror 11 of which the focus aligns to the exit hole 7 is mounted to the front face of the hole 7, and exit infrared rays are made to parallel rays. Thereby, the utilization efficiency of light is enhanced, and the manufactured of the device is made easy and inexpensive.</p> |
