PURPOSE:To adjust physical phase angles of magnetic fields generated from respective coils to cause coordinates positions and phase angles to be proportional to each other linearly, by adjusting the form of magnetic field generating coils, specially, the form of superposition parts. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic field generating coil 9 is constituted into the form where the plane coil part is wound plural times spirally. Magnetic field generating coil 10 is constituted into the form approximately equal to that of coil 9 and is so arranged that a part of the coil is superposed onto the peripjeral part of coil 9. Magnetic field generating coil 11 is constituted into the form approximately equal to that of coils 9 and 11 and is so arranged that a part of the coil superposed onto the peripheral part of coil 10. AC power source 12 which generates AC voltage A1 sin (omegat+0) is connected to coil 9, and AC power source 13 which generates AC voltage A2 sin (omegat+pi/2) is connected to coil 10, and AC power source 14 which generates AC voltage A2 sin(omegat+pi) is connected to coil 11. The form of superposition of these coils 9-11 is adjusted. |
