PURPOSE:To stabilize the collar width regardless of rotor laminating method by arranging an elastic convex part of the collar fastened on the end of the rotor in such a manner as to be brought into contact with the end of the rotor in a motor having a self-aligning bearing. CONSTITUTION:In the small motor having a self-aligning bearing, a fully spherical convex section is molded solidly on the end of the collar 15 fastened on the end of the rotor and allowed for an elasticity in the direction of thrust through a dimension part l4. The collar 15 is inserted through a shaft 13 until the elastic convex gets in contact with a shell mount section of a rotor core whereby it is regulated to a required dimension l5 with a jig. This can keep the dimensions l5 disregarding the number of rotor core laminates while stabilizing the number of thrust washers to be inserted thereby preventing abnormal noise of the bearing. |
