<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a high capacity adsorbing panel, by densely arranging a plurality of columnar gas adsorbing material on a jig and adhering the same to an adsorbing material support plate coated with an adhesive under pressure before detaching the jig. CONSTITUTION:Columnar gas adsorbing materials 13 are arranged to the grooves of a jig 12 having the same shape and dimension as an adsorbing panel and having grooves each having a semi-circular cross-section continuously formed thereto. An adhesive 15 is uniformly applied to the surface of an adsorbing material support plate 14 made of a metal in a thickness about 1/4-1/3 the radius of each adsorbing material 13 and said support plate 14 is superposed to the adsorbing materials 13 densely arranged on the jig 12 so as to downwardly direct the adhesive coating surface thereof to be adhered thereto under pressure. The support plate 14 is detached from the jig 12 and the adsorbing material adhered surface is directed upwardly and a flat plate and a wt. are placed thereon to cure the adhesive 15 to prepare an adsorbing panel for an adsorbing pump system. By this method, the entire regions of the upper half surfaces of the adsorbing materials function as adsorbing surfaces without adhering the adhesive to the upper half surfaces of the adsorbing materials 13.</p> |
