<p>The vessel stores and dispenses strip-type moisture-absorbent material, perforated beforehand if desired so as to divide it into lengths as for dressings. It has a two-part cover, the fixed one with a dispensing aperture, while the movable upper part can be fitted over the fixed lower one to shut it off. The aperture (12) has a periphery free from any slots or radial protrusions and a cross section such as to grip the end of the material (8) pulled out through it. The material is parted off by a component (13) protruding above the lower part of the cover (2a). This engages with the perforations (7) between adjacent sections of the material as this is pulled out.</p> |
