<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet which is rigid and whose pattern is not removed by wearing away of a surface, by printing the pattern with an ink on surface of a particular sheet-like base material in such a manner as to let the pattern penetrate into the inside, allowing the sheet material to be impregnated with resin, heated and stabilize it. CONSTITUTION:On a surface of a tissue-like porous sheet-shaped base material such as a non-woven fabric composed of synthetic fiber, etc., having an apparent spacific gravity of 0.01-0.6mm and a thickness of 0.5-4mm and which is preferably laminated with a 0.1-0.3mm thick glass paper on the other surface than the ink- receiving surface, a pattern is printed by screen printing method using 1500- 30000CPS, preferably 2500-18000CPS, of ink and also more than 500g/m<2> of the ink for the pattern section in such a manner that the ink is penetrated more than 0.5mm in the direction of thickness or preferably more than 2mm. And then, the surface is allowed to be impregnated with 1000-10000CPS of liquid state or paste state of resin and heated to get the resin solidified.</p> |
