The tile clip includes a rigid body; two spaced resilient hooks on the body extending upwards dimensioned as to engage over the side edge of an upper and of a lower tile of a pair of overlapped tiles in roof; and fastening means attached to and below the body for attachment of the clip to a tiling batten.
