<p>The self locking tie-up device for cattle has top and bottom opposite neck frame struts which can be drawn together or spaced apart to fix or release the animal. An operating device for the struts is actuated by the animal. The turning points (4, 5) about which the struts swivel are in the region of the top fixing of the struts. The top fixing is a hanging cross beam (3) e.g. hanging on a chain (7). A chain (9, 10) acts as anchor to the ground (12) and guides a strut at its free end. The turning points (4, 5) of the struts (1, 2) are arranged in the crosspiece.</p> |
