The device has superimposed storage planes (P) and telescopic supports (T) e.g. spring type telescopic support, vertically fixed on a base of a container (A), where deployment of each telescopic support is driven by lifting action of a user on a raised storage plane. The storage plane lower to the raised storage plane is suspended by connection elements which is flexible in nature, in a deployed position of the telescopic supports. The telescopic supports are folded and the storage planes are lowered and brought together by a reverse action of the user.
