The element 16 is adjustable, e.g. through an arc of 90 degrees in a plane parallel to the broad wall 14 about the central position shown in which it lies parallel to the major axis of the guide cross-section. The element and support may be made of metal or of a dielectric material, e.g. alumina or beryllia. In a modification, the element 16 is of spherical form. The vertical shaft 18 of the support 17 extends through a hermetic seal comprising a rubber O-ring 27 held between screw-threaded collar 29 and cap 28. |
