<p>The vehicle for loading and transporting bales of hay or straw consists of a pick-up device and a loading compartment containing a conveyor. The conveyor duct runs spirally round the loading compartment through various levels. The continuous conveyor belt has carrier pieces for the bales. Each loading level filled by the conveyor forms a rectangle. The conveyor ducts filling the rectangular surface turn an angle of 180 degrees three times, run four times in a lengthwise direction, and turn an angle of 90 degrees twice to pass once in a crosswise direction. The pick-up device consists of a conveyor belt which slopes upwards and runs over rollers driven by a drive shaft.</p> |
