PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the timing for applying AC bias without causing noise generation and defective leading end image, and to cope with a high speed operation. SOLUTION: The developing position stop signal of a revolver developing unit 230 (the final pulse signal of a stepping motor for rotary-driving the revolver developing unit 230) is used as a reference of the developing bias AC component applying timing. |
