A system, an apparatus and a method for transmitting location information using a dedicated terminal are provided to provide location information such as restaurants, companies, hotels or stores by a user himself or under agreement of the user. A location information transmission terminal(100) stores location information to be transmitted, and transmits the stored location information to a mobile terminal of a recipient. A location information transmission server(150) stores the location information to be transmitted and transmits the stored location information to an inputted phone number of a mobile terminal. A website server(140) includes one or more Web pages and forms a location information transmitting unit at a portion of a Web page. When a phone number of a mobile terminal is inputted and instructed to be transmitted through the location information transmitting unit, the website server processes to transmit the previously stored location information to the mobile terminal of the inputted phone number from the location information transmission server.
