METHOD AND TOOL FOR CHECKING THE OPERATION OF A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FOR INTERCONNECTING PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS AND ASSOCIATED OBJECT CELL

The piece of interconnecting equipment allows connections to be made between photovoltaic cells via an automatic connecting process including a heat treatment. The method comprises a measuring operation including the following steps: loading an object cell (1) into the piece of interconnecting equipment, instead of a photovoltaic cell, said object cell (1) including a dummy plate (2) reproducing the characteristics of a photovoltaic cell, and a recording module (3) borne by said dummy plate (2) and connected to the dummy plate(2) by way of at least one temperature sensor (4); subjecting the object cell (1) to the automatic connecting process in the piece of interconnecting equipment; and measuring a temperature relating to the dummy plate(2) using the sensor (4) during the heat treatment of the connecting process and recording the measured temperature in the recording module.
