PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cementation between carbon and a lead wire, by lowering effectively the temperature of a current-carrying part, namely, a part where a carbonaceous heating element is in direct contact with the internal lead wire, in the case of using the carbonaceous heating element relative to an infrared heater. SOLUTION: A heat radiation part 6 is installed with a different member, so as to be out of contact with a current-carrying part 5 on the center side of a carbonaceous heating element 2 having a high temperature, in the periphery of the current-carrying part 5 for carrying a current to the carbonaceous heating element 2. The heat radiation part 6 has such a formation as to have a different wire size from that of the current-carrying part 5 and to have a larger wire size than that of the current-carrying part 5. By this formation, the heat radiation part 6 has a large contact area with the carbonaceous heating element 2, and absorbs or radiates the heat of the current-carrying part 5, to suppress lower a temperature rise of the current-carrying part 5. Hereby, carbide making of the current-carrying part 5 can be prevented, and melting of a lead wire 3 or disconnection of the carbonaceous heating element 2, caused by abnormal heat generation on a contact part, can be prevented.
