The present invention relates to the field of open platforms. Disclosed are a method, server, and system for menu management. The method comprises: a third-party server acquires an interface address corresponding to a menu management interface, where the menu management interface is an interface provided by an open platform server and used for managing a custom menu corresponding to a target user account; the third-party server generates a management interface call request carrying the interface address and transmits the management interface call request to the open platform server. The present invention, by having the open platform server providing the menu management interface, allows an operator to manage an existing custom menu, thus solving the problem in the prior art in which an open platform server only supports a custom menu created by self. |
