FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out a fascial flap possessing blood supply from chest. The split skin autotransplant taken from outer femoral surface is transplanted on the fascial flap. 7 days later, the so created blood-supplied tissular complex is to be transplanted to the place earlier occupied by the removed trophic ulcer. EFFECT: prevented contracture of humeral articulation.
