PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately relate a radiation picture to a patient being an object by collating patient information with patient confirming information, reading a photographed radiograph converting panel, forming the radiation picture, and relating the patient information to the formed radiation picture. SOLUTION: The patient information is inputted at respective consultation departments 110 to 140, and the patient information is transmitted to the radiograph reader 213 of a radiation examining room 210 through a network. The device 213 collates plural pieces of the registered patient information with the inputted patient confirming information. A plate 212 is inserted in the device 213 when collating is finished. Relating to the device 213, the radiation picture photographed on the plate 212 is read, and radiograph data are formed. The formed radiation picture data are related to the radiation picture data formed by reading the patient information. Thus, the radiation picture is accurately related to the patient being the object. |
