The PKO is a suggested solution and a way to provide a rather targeted advertisements to the consumers and to the companies to have their Ads exposed as much as possible to the most well defined targeted group of people. Today the Ads are running by the special date and time... the advertiser has made the contract for and thus he is exposed only to those people watching or using that media at that time...some of the existing Ads are given in some "specific" sites so as to provide a better targeted exposure... while in the PKO system the Ads will be targeted to the pre-screened /A pre-evaluated prospective consumers and thus the benefit is by far and large better and has the expected value of a rational input to the Ads... ¢fig. No. 1! Using the PKO provides almost an unlimited frames of time/date for the Ads to be exposed as at any particular time/date frame given... a great number of Ads can be exposed as they would be directed to the appropriate pre-evalueated consumers....and thus each consumer will be exposed to the appropriate kind of Ads he most likely to be interested in....and thus all the 'participants" are getting a better service and a better value for their time/money formula... The basic idea is providing a system that would be able to provide the Ads according to a rather very dynamic formula that might convey a well defined and targeted Ads on the electronic media - particularly over the Internet machines as well as all the Cable-TV used all over the world| ¢Fig. No. 2! The PKO is a specific key encoded with some specific data derived from a well prepared Questionaire that will provide different User/Consumer sections that will lead to the different machines - namely computers hooked to the Internet, or the Cable-TV- the well defined Ads and thus all the participants will be pleased in getting a better service from the huge media of the Internet and the Cable TV. ¢Fig. No. 2 /A 3!
