PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of a diesel engine capable of maintaining a proper combustion state even when a transition delay is caused in the bore wall temperature. SOLUTION: In a fuel injection parameter, its optimal value is adapted in response to a temperature difference between the bore wall temperature being the combustion chamber side temperature of a cylinder bore wall and the cooling water temperature being the temperature of cooling water for cooling the cylinder bore wall. A correcting means estimates a transition delay quantity of the bore wall temperature caused by a sudden change in a load of a diesel engine (Step S103), and calculates a transition correction quantity corresponding to this estimated transition delay quantity (Step S104).
