PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a heavy battery from being damaged by colliding with a built-in component when receiving impact due to falling or the like although an extremely simple structure is formed, and to effectively prevent a contact failure of the battery. SOLUTION: This electric apparatus is provided with: a case 1; the batteries 2 incorporated in the case 1; connection terminals 3 electrically connected to electrodes of the batteries 2; a circuit board 4 fixing the connection terminals 3 and arranged in the case 1. The electric apparatus incorporates, in the case 1, an impact absorbing elastic body 5 coming into a non-pressing state to the batteries 2 at a non-impact position where the batteries 2 are positioned when impact does not act on the case 1, and elastically pressing, toward the non-impact position from an impact position, the batteries 2 located at the impact position to which the positions of the batteries 2 displace when impact acts on the case 1, and causes the impact absorbing elastic body 5 to absorb the impact.
