FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to chemical and food industry, namely to procedure of gas purification from volatile substances and wet dust collection. Enthalpy exchanger comprises body with nozzles for inlet and outlet of liquid and gaseous phases, separated in sections, where contact devices are installed, having pockets for liquid communicated to overflow nozzles. Contact device is arranged in the form of cone-shaped shell, which is directed upwards with its smaller base. Overflow nozzle is equipped with liquid distributor installed on its end, which includes shaft and bushes arranged on shaft with adjusting rings and supercharger, for instance pump. Shaft of liquid distributor is arranged as hollow, adjusting rings are made of elastic material, besides one end of adjusting ring is fixed on bush by means of yoke, and the other one freely adjoins end of bush, pins are rigidly fixed in lower part of bush. Adjustment of thickness and speed of film dome outflow is realised by variation of overpressure value inside cavity, which is produced by bushes and adjusting bushes. As a result of gas contact with liquid film, a layer of intensive turbulence is produced, and processes of admixture absorption are executed more intensely. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for equal thickness of film dome, and also possibility to adjust thickness and speed of film dome outflow in process of device operation. ^ 2 dwg |
