PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding burned removal method capable of using a weak-acidic or neutral welding burned removal agent in the common electrolytic polishing device, an electrolytic polishing device and a power supply device thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a welding burned removal method where the welding burned of a chromium-containing alloy steel as a treatment object is removed by electrolytic polishing, capable of comprising: a step where an alternating current with a frequency of 10 to 30 Hz is generated from a commercial power supply; and a step where, in a state where either of the output terminal of the alternating current is connected with a chromium-containing steel, and the other is connected with an electrode member, the electrode member is impregnated with an electrolytic solution whose pH is neutral or acidic as a welding burned removal liquid, and the welding burned part of the chromium-containing alloy steel is rubbed. In this way, compared with the conventional electrolytic polishing at 50 or 60 Hz, welding burned can be finely removed in a short time. Further, by the reduction of the frequency of an alternating current, noise can be suppressed, and unpleasantness to users and the circumferential environment can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
