<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce power consumption by a simple structure when wirelessly sending a result of positioning to a navigation device. <P>SOLUTION: Satellite waves S1 to S4 from a plurality of GPS satellites 2 to 5 are received and analyzed at prescribed time intervals to acquire positioning data D5 for expressing an own present position. When wirelessly sending the data D5 to a navigation device using the data D5, the data D5 are wirelessly sent to the navigation device only when the data D5 can be positioned.
