PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazasumanene compound which is a new compound and whose applications to various fields such as a raw material for synthesizing heterofullerene compounds, an industrial material such as an electronic material, and a model compound for the heterofullerene compounds can be expected, and to provide a method for producing the same by an organic synthesis method. SOLUTION: Provided are a compound represented by formula (I) to (V), its stereoisomer, optical isomer and racemate, and their salts, and a method for producing the same. Therein, R1to R3are each independently H, a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group; L1to L3are each independently a divalent organic group; R1a, R1b, R2a, R2b, R3a, and R3bare each independently H, a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group; and P1to P3are each independently H or a monovalent organic group.
