PURPOSE:To make the filling of a grease to a cartridge easier, and make the recycling of the cartridge possible by re-filling the grease after a usage. CONSTITUTION:At a rear part of a cylinder 1, of which the front part is closed, and the rear part is opened, an air bleeding hole 11 is provided, and at a front part, a grease nipple 6 with a built-in check ball 61 is provided. Then, a grease filling area 7 is formed by inserting a disk shape follow plate 2, on the outer peripheral edge of which a sealing is applied, from the open end at the rear part of the cylinder so that the follow plate 2 may come into contact with the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder 1 by sliding. Then, a hollow connecting screw 4 is provided at the sealed end at the front part of the cylinder, and a communicating passage 41 between the grease filling area 7 and the outside is constituted. Then, the communicating passage 41 is closed by a communicating passage valve 51 which is longer than the connecting screw 4, and of which the front part is opened, and of which the rear part is not less than the inner diameter of the connecting screw 4. Then, a check valve 5, on the side surface of which a grease passing hole 52 is formed, is longitudinally movably inserted from the rear part of the connecting screw while energizing it forward. |
