PURPOSE:To move a glove box back and forth through a driving means for its automatical opening and closing to improve operational ability by providing a nut device which is attached to the glove box, and sandwichedly holds a ball screw elastically through a sandwichedly holding section, and threadedly engages the ball screw. CONSTITUTION:A glove box 2 is rotated centering around a supporting part 36 on a rear upper side with forward movement so as to hang up its rear side, and thereby inclined forward. Even in the case of a fully opening state, the front part 5 of the glove box 2 does not strike against the knee of a man sitting on a seat. In the case of closing the glove box 2, a switch is closed for driving a motor M in a direction reverse to previous one to rotate a ball screw B for moving a nut device N backward. Thus a connecting plate 38 and a slidable hanging body 32 move backward to move the glove box 2 backward, namely in a closing direction. |
