PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning value propagation method for an automatic transmission high in learning stability. SOLUTION: The learning value propagation method for the automatic transmission propagating a learning value learned at a cell representing a specific learning region, to the entirety of cells by a transmission control unit storing the cells partitioning the whole learning area by set conditions, includes a step of determining whether a learning condition is satisfied, a step of computing the learning value at the cell representing a current driving condition if the learning condition is satisfied, and a step of propagating the learning value.
