PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of displaying an elastic image based on a measured value and a Doppler image based on Doppler data without deteriorating a frame rate.SOLUTION: Ultrasonic diagnostic equipment includes: a control part for controlling the transmission of a push pulse of an ultrasonic wave to a biological tissue of a subject and the transmission of an ultrasonic wave pulse for detection that detects a shear elastic wave generated in the biological tissue by the push pulse; a propagation velocity calculation part 43 for calculating a propagation velocity regarding the elasticity of the biological tissue based an echo signal of the ultrasonic wave pulse for detection; an elastic value calculation part 44 for calculating an elastic value of the biological tissue based on the propagation velocity; and a Doppler processing part 42 for generating Doppler data based on the echo signal of the ultrasonic wave pulse for detection. Based on the echo signal of the ultrasonic wave pulse for detection, Doppler data is generated in addition to a measured value regarding the elasticity of the biological tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
