An IPS(In-Plane Switching) liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form one biaxial retardation film changing a light progressing axis of an x axis in one +C- plate progressing light in a z axis, thereby compensating for a viewing angle. A +C- plate(14d) changes a progressing axis of light to a z axis direction which is a thickness direction. One biaxial retardation film(14c) arranged on the front side of the +C- plate changes the progressing axis of light into an x axis which is one sided direction of a surface. A PVA(stretched Poly-Vinyl Alcohol)(13b) arranged on the front side of biaxial retardation film is used as a polarizing device. A protective TAC(Tri-Acetyl Cellulose)(13a,13c) continuously arranged in the front side of the PVA is used as a protection film. |
