<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of rating questions according to the responding status of a plurality of questionnaire respondents. <P>SOLUTION: An response device 2 acquires the responding status of a plurality of questionnaire respondents as an input event, and transmits it to a server 1. The server 1 stores the input event for every respondent and extracts question items whose responding sequences are different from the responding status of each respondent as the question items of the correction object candidates of the response selection numbers, and when the number of correction object candidates extracted for each question item is a fixed number or more as a whole, the server 1 determines the question items as question items for correcting the response selection numbers as a whole.
