PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a solution to the problem, wherein in a lid body with bottom blocking both open ends of a column, when the lid body functions as a distributor by preparing a gap, without interposing any item between the base and a flit object included in it, the frit object is deformed, when it is pressurized or so to block the gap concerned and paralyzes function as a distributor, and in worst cases, there is a possibility that stationary phase flows out through holes prepared at the bottomed lid. SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical grains are made to interpose between the base of the bottomed lid and the frit object to suppress deformations of the frit object. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
