<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent conflicting operations from being simultaneously carried out by a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus for performing a remote conference between a plurality of devices has a detecting means for detecting persons whether or not they have approached to inputting means, a determining means for determining which number of the information processing apparatus to which the persons approach among a plurality of apparatuses for each performing the remote conference, and a controlling means for letting displaying means display the first item group and the second item group when the determining means determines that the information processing apparatus is the one to which the persons approach from the first number until the n-th number (n is natural number), and for letting the displaying means display only the first item group when being determined that it is a terminal to which the persons approach at the n+1th number or later. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
