PURPOSE: A power supply device having length adjustable function and a hybrid excavator using the same are provided to freely supply power with the working operation of the excavator by controlling the length of the power line of the excavator. CONSTITUTION: In a power supply device having length adjustable function and a hybrid excavator using the same, a power receiver(100) receives power through a power line(230). The power supply unit(200) comprises a post(210), a plurality of booms(220), a centric member(240), and a plurality of power line guide members(250,260). A plurality of booms controls length. The centric member controls the center of gravity. The centric member is comprised of a load guide rail, a load, a load wire, and a support roller. The load is lifted along the load guide rail. A support roller supports the load wire. The boom includes a detection sensor.
