PURPOSE: A shaft connection equipment prevents a bending or vibrations of the second shaft rectilinearly moved about the first shaft, and prevents a bending of the second shaft by improving a connection structure between the first and second shafts, and a component populating device having the shaft connection equipment is provided. CONSTITUTION: A shaft connection equipment includes a first shaft(11) and a second shaft(12) rectilinearly moved about the first shaft. A guide rail(27) is fixed to the first shaft. A upper frame(21) is rectilinearly moved along the first shaft, and is fixed to the both ends of the second shaft. A first sliding bearing is fixed to the bottom of the upper frame, and is slid along the guide rail. An inserting part for inserting the upper frame therein is formed to a lower frame, and the lower frame(22) is rectilinearly moved along the first shaft. A second sliding bearing is fixed to a bottom of the lower frame, and is slid along the guide rail. A plurality of springs(23) interconnect the upper frame and the lower frame. The shaft connection equipment is included in the component populating device. Thereby, the second shaft(12) is accurately conveyed.
