<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost, high-performance acceleration sensor circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor circuit 10 comprises: an acceleration sensor 11 that includes a first capacitor C1 with a capacity changing with acceleration and includes a second capacitor C2 with a capacity changing with the acceleration in a manner opposite to the first capacitor; a first circuit 15A that generates a sine-wave AC signal with a predetermined frequency to be applied to the first capacitor C1 and the second capacitor C2 in the mutually opposite phase; a second circuit 12 that generates a signal according to the acceleration, on the basis of both a proportion of the capacity of the first capacitor C1 to the capacity of the second capacitor C2 and the sine-wave AC signal applied to the first capacitor C1 and the second capacitor C2; and an operational circuit 14 that analyzes data after coding the signal generated by the second circuit 12, extracts a signal with a frequency component approximately identical to the predetermined frequency from the data and outputs acceleration data on the basis of the extracted signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
