The invention concerns the field of colloid chemistry, namely producing the polymeric filled micro-capsules. A process of micro-encapsulation of hydrocarbons includes preparation of a solution of encapsulating polymer and hydrocarbon in organic solvent, preparation of an aqueous solution of stabilizer, mixing and dispersion of the solutions, extraction of organic solvent with simultaneous producing micro-capsules with encapsulation by hydrocarbon, filtration and drying thereof under the room temperature and atmospheric pressure. An organic solvent is added to the aqueous solution of stabilizer, and after dispersion water is added. As hydrocarbons it is expedient to use individual liquid or solid hydrocarbons under standard conditions, or mixtures thereof. As encapsulating polymers it is expedient to use heterofunctional copolymer of general formula: |
