PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by allowing an information operation device to operate an information output device while preventing the information output device from being operated without permission from a user.SOLUTION: An information output device comprises: a tuner part; a password code management part; a password code inspection part; an application execution part; an application source inspection part; and an equipment operation instruction processing part. The application source inspection part to be executed by an information operation device determines whether or not resource information included in the equipment operation instruction of an application which has transmitted the equipment operation instruction is coincident with the source information of an application being executed by the application execution part. The password code inspection part acquires a password code from the information operation device, and inspects whether or not the acquired password code is coincident with a password code stored in the password code management part. When the coincidence of the source information is inspected by the application source inspection part, and the coincidence of the password code is inspected by the password code inspection part, the equipment operation instruction processing part permits the execution of the equipment operation instruction, and when the execution of the equipment operation instruction is permitted, executes the equipment operation instruction. |
