PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack development prevention structure capable of facilitating construction and also effectively preventing a crack from developing.SOLUTION: A crack development prevention structure 1 is designed to prevent a crack 21 made in a plate-like structural member 2 from developing. The structural member 2 is provided with a pair of reinforcement screw holes 22 arranged straddling a part of the crack 21. A reinforcement plate 3 having a pair of insertion holes 31 corresponding to the reinforcement screw holes 22 is arranged on the structural member 2 so that the reinforcement screw holes 22 and insertion holes 31 are positioned on the same axis. Reinforcement bolts 41 which can threadably engage the reinforcement screw holes 22 penetrate the insertion holes 31 of the reinforcement plate 3 to be fastened to the reinforcement holes 22. |
