摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable diagnosis, severity evaluation, and treatment applicability determination of ischemic heart disease based on a result of fractional flow reserve prediction made for every region of the heart in a less invasive way that reduces burden on a patient and in a way that does not depend on skill of a reader of image data taken by a tomographic imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method comprising steps of; calculating a first ischemic quantitative value of the heart on the basis of first image data of at least one segment of the heart imaged by a tomographic imaging apparatus while the heart is in a first condition; calculating a second ischemic quantitative value of the heart on the basis of second image data of at least one segment of the heart imaged by the tomographic imaging apparatus while the heart is in a second condition; calculating ischemic quantitative comparison value by comparing the first ischemic quantitative value and the second ischemic quantitative value; and calculating a predictive score for fractional flow reserve of the heart by using the ischemic quantitative comparison value and a ventricular ejection rate in the second condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
