发明名称 PHOTOLUMINESCENCE DOSIMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a photoluminescence dosimeter which can be inserted into a narrow space by disposing a light transmission fiber group in the form of a sheet behind a sheet-shaped optical conversion member for making optical conversion of radiation X-rays. CONSTITUTION:A thin-type X-ray detector 10' is constituted of sensitizing paper 11 which converts X-rays to visible light, a mask 16 for limiting a light detecting region, the plastic fiber group 17 for light transmission which is arrayed with one end part for collecting the light signal from the sensitizing paper 11 in the form of the sheet and is disposed behind the sensitizing paper 11 and a light shielding bag 18 for shielding the external visible light. The fiber group 17 is connected as a cord-shaped flexible leading-out part 17a to a photomultiplier box 31 provided with a photoelectron multiplier led out of the detector 10'. The output of the photoelectron multiplier is outputted via a cable 30 to a body 20 and is converted to an adequate voltage in the body to operate a meter 21. Since the detector 10' can be formed to about 0.7mm thickness, the insertion of the detector into a narrow space is possible.
