PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided, which has a circuit for performing a conversion of a voltage provided to a gate selecting decoder of a memory cell. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a first transistor (M3) for commonly connecting a source to a sub, connecting a drain to a first voltage source, and providing a first conversion control signal to a gate; a second transistor (M2) for connecting a drain to the source of the first transistor (M3), connecting a second voltage source to a source and a sub, and providing a conversion control signal to a gate; and a means for operating one between first and second transistors (M3, M2) based on one between first and second conversion control signals, and providing a voltage from first or second voltage sources. Thereby, it is possible to increase a voltage outputted to an output node to a level of the power voltage.
