There is disclosed a thermoplastic graft copolymer composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic graft copolymer obtained by graft copolymerizing an aromatic oligomer having a flow temperature of 100 DEG C or higher onto a polymer having a glass transition temperature of 10 DEG C or lower obtained by copolymerizing at least one acrylic acid alkyl ester, ethylene and at least one unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with them, and 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of at least one arylamine compound. The thermoplastic graft copolymer composition has an improved thermal aging resistance.
