PURPOSE:To make covering work of a surface material on a cushion body easier by setting the lower cushion body with the sitting face up in the lower peripheral frame and adhering a surface material and a cushion body by heating and pressurizing by an upper body with a peripheral frame located out of the lower peripheral frame in forming. CONSTITUTION:By placing a cut surface material 1 on a lower form 6 on which a cushion body 11 is set and pressing and heating an upper form 8 to adhere, parts of the surface material 1 corresponding to the seat body side with a shape along the outer periphery shape of the cushion body 11 are heat-molded by the interaction of an upper form peripheral frame 10 and a lower form peripheral frame 7 and the surface material 1 and the side part of the cushion body 11 are tightly adhered. Obtained half product is taken out from the die, the edge of the surface material is wound into the back side of the cushion body 11, without applying an adhesive on the side of the cushion body 11, and fixed with an adhesive to make a seat body. Since the surface material 1 of the side part is not fixed on the cushion body 11, no wrinkle is generated in an identical part when one sit on it and permanent wrinkle is hard to be generated. |
